The membranes special fleece layers enhance the curing process. It increases tile adhesion by up to 5 times sooner, allowing for grouting of the tiles easier.

I have linoleum or VCT in my kitchen, but would like to put tile. Do I need to remove the linoleum in area where it is not fully bonded?
Check for blisters or delaminated in the main body and remove. Rent a floor sander and scarify the surface to allow good bonding of the thinset. Use fast-set thinset mixed to a more liquid consistency so that the tile subfloor when installed is completely contact the entire surface.
Can I apply SUPERSEAL over existing tiles?
Yes, providing the tiles are clean and free of silicone and waxes. Ensure they are well bonded to the substrate and sanded with a rotary floor sander with extra course sanding disk to improve adhesion. Use fast-set thinset mixed to a more liquid consistency so that the tile subfloor when installed is completely contact the entire surface.
