Shipping & Delivery Policy
SUPERSEAL Construction Products typically ships orders within 24–48 business hours after the order has been received and processed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
All shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Transit times vary based on location, order size, carrier availability, and external factors beyond our control.
SUPERSEAL cannot guarantee delivery timelines provided by third-party carriers, including FedEx and LTL freight companies.
SUPERSEAL is not responsible for customs delays or carrier-related delays.
Standard Shipping:
The $99.00 flat-rate shipping option is available for deliveries within Canada and the continental United States only.
- Flat-rate shipping does not include rush delivery, guaranteed delivery dates, or special handling
- Shipping to non-continental locations (including Alaska, Hawaii, and remote regions) may not be available or may require a custom freight quote
- Estimated delivery time frame: 5–9 business days after the order has been packaged and shipped.
- Most orders ship via FedEx Courier.
- Rolls exceeding 7'4" in length may ship via a standard freight carrier.
- Dimpled membrane Roll sizes 7'4, 7'11, 8'11, 9'11 are Oversize and do NOT qualify for standard shipping
- Large or bulk shipments typically ship via standard freight or LTL carriers
- SUPERSEAL is not responsible for customs delays or carrier-related delays
Special Pricing / Oversize Rolls:
Dimpled Membrane roll sizes 7'4, 7'11, 8'11, 9'11 are "Oversize Rolls". Orders that include these size rolls may require additional shipping costs. SUPERSEAL checks with multiple carriers to ensure the best shipping rates and keep any costs as low as possible.
Some orders may qualify for special pricing based on volume. If you would like a quote based on volume, select the “Quote, Rush or Special Delivery”
Special Orders or Rush Shipments:
Orders that are time-sensitive, require a specific delivery date, or involve special delivery conditions, additional shipping charges may apply.
For these orders, please use the “Quote, Rush or Special Delivery” option. Do not use the "Standard Shipping for Checkout" button.
How the quote process works for Volume orders, Rush, and Special Delivery Options:
- Submit your request using the “Quote, Rush or Special Delivery” button.
- Include any required delivery dates or special delivery details.
- SUPERSEAL will review your order and calculate final shipping costs. You may also also receive addition discount on larger orders.
- An updated quote will be sent to for approval.
- You will not be charged anything until you approve the order.
- Once approved and paid for, your order will proceed to fulfillment.
In some cases, additional shipping charges may not be required after review.
