SUPERSEAL Roller Grade Waterproofing is an easy to use water-based waterproof coating. It can be used on: Poured concrete, ICF Foundations, concrete block, brick, and wood foundations. It can be applied with a Roller, brush, or waterproofing pump. It's available in a 5g pails and 36 pails per pallet.

Typical Foundation Installation

Tools Required

  • Tape Measure
  • Roller / Brush
  • Protective equipment

Calculating Material Coverage

Numbers are approximate based on application.

One 5g pail can cover approximately;

  • 150ft² at 40 mils thick (30ft² per gallon)
  • 100ft² at 60 mils thick (20ft² per gallon)
  • Quantity can vary based on application.

Preparing the Foundation

  • Clean the footing and wall of loose debris or standing water
  • Mark the grade height of the areas to be waterproofed.
  • Patch all tie holes, pour lines, or honeycombing with SUPERSEAL Mastic.

Installation

Using ½" (15mm) roller;

  • Apply a thick first coat to all areas to be protected.
  • Allow coating to dry to the touch

  • Apply a 2nd or 3rd coat to achieve the desired thickness
  • Allow to cure for 24 hours

Install a Drainage Membrane or Protection board if required
