Calculating Material Coverage

Numbers are approximate based on application.

One 5g pail can cover approximately;

  • 150ft² at 40 mils thick (30ft² per gallon)
  • 100ft² at 60 mils thick (20ft² per gallon)
  • Quantity can vary based on application.

Preparing the Foundation

  • Clean the footing and wall of loose debris or standing water
  • Mark the grade height of the areas to be waterproofed.
  • Patch all tie holes, pour lines, or honeycombing with SUPERSEAL Mastic.

Installation

In a slow and consistent manner, apply a thick first coat to all areas to be protected.

Apply additional coats to achieve desired thickness. NOTE: When applying additional coats, wait until the first coat is dry to the touch.

Install a Drainage Membrane or Protection board if required

Allow 24 hours for the membrane fully cure before back filling.
